Custom Items:

Due to the custom nature of your items, refunds will not be issued for any custom orders. If sizing is incorrect, your items can be remade with the return of the original item prior to your new item being made. If the print originally chosen is then out of stock, you can choose a new one or receive a store credit for future purchases with the return of the original items.

Returns and Exchanges

Please note, any returns must be within 30 days of receipt of your items. All items must be unworn and in the exact condition sent to you. We will repair, remake or exchange your items and have them shipped or ready for you within 30 days of it being returned to us. All returns are at the expense of the customer.

Ready to ship items will be refunded or exchanged after the return of the original item in the condition you received it returned at your expense.

Shipping

Orders shipped with paid tracking are covered with up to $100 insurance. For more coverage send us a message, there will be an additional fee.

As lettermail through Canada Post can be unreliable, allow up to 28 business days within province (Ontario) and 40 business days outside of Ontario. Please note, we are not responsible for any lettermail orders that do not arrive. Please ensure your address is correct. Any return to sender items will not be refunded. If you wish for them to be resent, shipping fees will need to be repurchased.
